Pool of Expert Volunteers
We welcome applications from all sectors of the design community of the built environment. Candidates will be selected on the following criteria:-

experience in assessing architectural design and urban design;

reputation for designing high quality buildings and spaces;
-
engagement with community stakeholders;
-
specialist skills and the expertise they bring to the panel, particularly in the fields of urban design, landscape design, ecology, highways, surveying, engineering and architecture.
Panel members are expected to attend approximately four full-day sessions a year, and are not reimbursed for their time. However expenses are reimbursed at a pre agreed rate to cover travel costs. Tea, coffee and lunch will also be provided.
All Panel members are encouraged to undertake Design Review training and undergo a local induction session. Panel members will also be required to attend an annual full-day training update.
